A Buddhist proverb says, " If a seed of lettuce will
not grow, we do not blame the lettuce. Instead the fault lies with us for not
having nourished the seed properly." Inspired by this thought, the school
endeavours to provide meaningful and value based holistic education with
particular emphasis upon individual growth of young learners. We strive to
groom students to be multi-faceted citizens with well-honed thinking skills,
good communicative abilities and high self esteem.

Evaluation is a continuous process through observation and recording carried on
in a positive manner. Students are not humiliated for making mistakes. They are
motivated to perform well. The progress is reported regularly to the parents
through Parent Teacher Meetings and Observation Sheets. A comprehensive record
is maintained containing physical ,social, emotional and cognitive development
of students.
